The Seven Peykar Tourism Complex, with a boutique hotel approach, was introduced to the tourism industry by Zama Architecture Office in the field of adaptive reuse and compatible use of historical buildings in mid-2021. This project was initiated in 2015 in the largest historical house in northern Iran, the Baqeri House in Gorgan, Golestan Province, and was handed over to the private sector through the Revitalization Fund for rehabilitation and equipping for a new use. The Seven Peykar Boutique Hotel has added another layer to the Baqeri House by continuing to provide a presence and life for humans. This complex, as part of the citys historical memory with an academic approach, consists of seven main sections: accommodation, museum, restaurant, cafe and tea house, handicrafts gallery, film and photography studio, tour guide, and museum.
