This historic mansion was built nearly a hundred years ago during the late Qajar period as a residential house. After a few years, this magnificent home was divided into two separate houses. It housed families for many years until the aging of the building and the deterioration of some parts made it uninhabitable, and the houses were eventually abandoned. In 1394, after the purchase of the house by Mr. Shahram Rahb, the restoration and renovation process began based on old photos, under the supervision of skilled architects and craftsmen from Kashan. Consequently, the houses were merged back together and returned to their original state.
The current structure of the hotel consists of two courtyards, two wind-catchers, and a basement. In the main courtyard of the complex, there are the pond house and accommodation rooms. Saunas and massage rooms are located in the side courtyard.
