In the late 1379, it was purchased by a private company and with the help of the Cultural Heritage Organization of Yazd, it was transformed into a hotel. In 1382, it was put into operation as the first Iranian garden hotel with traditional equipment. The Moshir al-Mamalek Garden Hotel is also registered on the list of national monuments in Iran.
